For Youth Auditions:

Annie Youth Audition Time Slot

For Adult and Ensemble Auditions:

  • We'll start by doing a dance call, so please dress comfortably

    • This is just to see how well everyone moves for positioning purposes and will not effect the role you're casted for

  • We'll then go into character songs from each auditionee

    • Auditions are set up where everyone performs their material in front of the rest of the auditionees, which is not intended to create a competitive environment. If you do not feel comfortable performing in front of everyone, please disclose that to us via email before auditions

  • Cold reads will be available at callbacks

Callbacks: On August 31st between 10:00 and 4:00, we will be calling back actors for a select amount of roles to see more material from. Receiving a callback does not guarantee casting for a specific role and not receiving one does not mean you were cut from the production. Actors called back will receive an email no more than 24 hours past their audition time with the material requested to prepare and the time you should arrive

To Prepare:

Each auditionee needs to prepare at least one song from this list:

  • Annie: "Maybe"

  • Warbucks: "N.Y.C."

  • Miss Hannigan: "Little Girls"

  • Grace: "I Think I'm Gonna Like It Here"

  • Rooster: "Easy Street"

  • Lily St. Regis: "Easy Street"

  • All Other Child Roles: "Maybe"

  • All Other Ensemble/Adult Roles: "N.Y.C."

    • Any person of any gender identity or presentation can audition for any of these characters as well as prepare any of these songs to best showcase their abilities

**People of all identities (racial, ethnic, gender, etc.) are more than welcome to audition for any role and will be considered with the same level of fairness. We're more focused on showcasing the talent of our performers and not casting to any preconceived expectation of any characters.

Lyric sheets can be found in our audition folder linked below! We have specific cuts of each song that we would like to hear everyone perform, so please only prepare what is asked of you :)

Rehearsals:
Our basic rehearsal schedule is as follows:
**for rehearsals exceeding 3 hours, we will provide a 30 minute break
**actors will not be needed at every rehearsal
